Piccuta Law Group Reaches Maximum Settlement for Spanish-Speaking Client in Monterey County
On January 2nd, 2015, the Piccuta Law Group negotiated a maximum settlement on behalf of a Spanish-speaking landscape worker in Monterey County, California. In June of 2014, the Client was on his way to work when his truck was rear-ended from behind. The client suffered injuries as a result.
What was unusual about the case, was that the client’s pet dog was riding in the back of his truck and was also injured. As a result, the dog had his tail amputated and at a significant cost to the client. The client also had tools in the back of the truck that were damaged as a result.
The Piccuta Law Group was able to recover from the at-fault driver’s insurance company for the client’s: lost wages, medical expenses, pain and suffering, property damage and veterinary expenses.
