Piccuta Law Group 2017 Year in Review
As 2017 comes to a close, the Piccuta Law Group reflects on an exciting year. - $150,000 policy limits settlement for woman who suffered injury in rear-end accident (highest offer leading up to trial was approximately $22,000)
- $420,000 settlement against State of California and Department of Corrections for mistreatment of a prisoner
- Multiple policy limit settlements in car accident cases
- $100,000 settlement for man who accused sheriff deputies of using excessive force in arrest for public intoxication
- $17,500 settlement for client who suffered a concussion in low impact rear-end case and had less than $500 in medical treatment
