Not So Happily Ever After: Piccuta Law Group Settles Arizona Breach of Contract Case For Wedding Planner Client

This month, the Piccuta Law Group collected the settlement proceeds for a case where our wedding planner client alleged that her customer wrongfully terminated their agreement.  The client is based in Tucson, Arizona and owns a wedding and event planning company. The client sought our assistance after one of her customers terminated their relationship without full payment. The termination came only after our client provided the customer with all the proprietary wedding planning information needed to plan the wedding.

Pursuant to the wedding planning services agreement, our client was entitled to be compensated for all services performed up and until the termination of the relationship. We successfully collected the amount that the client was owed and secured the proprietary wedding planning materials that our client had provided the customer. The case was handled in our commercial litigation division.
