Piccuta Law Group Attorneys Attend Conference for Trial Lawyers in Rancho Mirage
On March 3rd and 4th, Piccuta Law Group attorneys Charles Tony Piccuta and Chuck Piccuta attended the Palm Springs Trial Lawyer Seminar at the Omni Resort in Rancho Mirage, California. The two day seminar was supported by the Consumer Attorneys of California and put on by its Inland Empire Chapter as well as the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. The Seminar provided the opportunity for the firm’s attorneys to meet with other trial lawyers and learn new and innovative trial strategies and techniques.
The two day seminar provided over 10 hours of legal education for trial attorneys specializing in Plaintiff’s work. The seminar included nuanced topics such as government tort liability and Medicare Set Asides. In addition, the seminar also included a Masters Series for trial skills including: delivering a strong opening statement, building direct examination, effective cross examination and winning closing arguments.
