On June 2nd, 2015, the Piccuta Law Group settled a case on behalf of its client for $175,000.00. The case arose from a slip and fall at a major retail nursery. The client was shopping for plants when she slipped and fell on a puddle that was caused by the nursery’s irrigation system. The fall resulted in a fractured humerus and shoulder injury.
